MARKET IN THE MEADOWS First Saturday of Each Month 9am-1pm

Welcome to the Terre Haute Farmers' Market

About Us

Your Market

With nearly 30 vendors to choose from, find produce and goods you can't find anywhere else; freshly picked, seasonal produce, farm fresh meat and eggs, and baked goods all at their peak freshness and nutritional value. Meet your local growers and makers; develop relationships with them. We have live music and entertainment, including acoustic musicians and Kids' Day festivals!

Your Community

Located in the heart of Terre Haute, close to local dining and retail, your farmers' market takes pride in supporting your local community. The money you spend at market stays in the local community, supporting your friends, neighbors and the businesses that make Terre Haute special.

Your Opportunity

The Terre Haute Farmers Market runs all year with summer and winter season schedules.

Summer Market season begins May 19th and is located in the Meadows Shopping Center parking lot off of Poplar Street. Market is held every Saturday from 8am until noon.

Winter Market is located inside the Meadows Shopping Center in front of Stein Mart on the 1st Saturday of each month, November thru May, from 9am - 1pm.

Featured Vendors

abunchabags

I began selling handwoven totes to encourage more people to purchase reusable bags in place of plastic.  Totes woven with plarn (plastic yarn made from used plastic shopping bags people have given me) have become a best seller for my business.  I also make use of many other found items, turning them into bags, purses, and wearables.  My items are unique and useful.

A Little Irish Luck

A Little Irish Luck is a local bakery offering fabulous sweet treats and breads as well as craft goods such as I, Spy bags and blankets. Stop by the market and satisfy your sweet tooth!

White Violet Center for Eco-Justice

Delicious fruits, herbs, and heirloom vegetables provide safe, local produce managed by our White Violet center for Eco-Justice staff. With about five acres of USDA certified organic gardens and two acres of organically grown orchards at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, the White Violet Center is a thriving ministry of the Sisters of Providence.
